Federated Authentication
An organization can use the services of an identity provider (IDP) to realize the authentication of its users.In this way it seeks to grant a single access mechanism to the applications, avoiding users having to remember multiple login credentials.
Deyel implements this type of authentication integrating with Google. When an organization uses accounts from Google for its users, it can be delegated in Google the process of authentication.
The access page to the user portal, redirects users to the login of Google, where the user enters their credentials
When the user enters their account, Google informs Deyel that the user has been successfully authenticated and the access code is never informed in Deyel.
Deyel only verifies that a user exists in its register, whose email account is the account of Google indicated. The user can use the product only when they are correctly authenticated in Google and its registered in Deyel.
The access page to the user portal, presents a button that allows to redirect users to the Google login.
By pressing the button “Enter with Google”, it goes to the login panel, where the user enters their credentials.
When the user enters their account, Google informs Deyel that the user has successfully authenticated. Deyel verifies that a user exists in its register, whose email account is the account of Google indicated.
